• SEDA-Tankdrilling machine

The remarkable Tank drilling machine drills through petrol tanks and sucks out fuel at a rate of up to 20 liters per minute without spilling a drop. Its robust design and ease of use have made it the car dismantlers favorite around the world.

• Mobile container solutions

With L-Form open or with metal roof. The standardized container lorry hook guarantees compatibility. As platform version with special pick up holes for a fork lift truck. The 5-Star version with integrated, transport certified tanks, have a special container.

• Hydraulic tilting vehicle ramp    

The 3 ton vehicle ramp can be tilted vertically to find the deepest point of the fuel tank. Drilling at this point allows an extra 1-2 liters of fuel per vehicle to be bemoved. The forks are also horizontally adjustable enabling easy access of different vehicle makes and models.  

• Swing arm for fuel & oil removal

With swing arms for the tank drilling machine and rubber funnels, the equipment is more efficient in operation and prevent accidents caused by tripping over cables or drip trays. Allow drainage of gear and engine oil simultaneously.

• Powerful pumps (exclude Kuli versions)

1 inch EX-rated double diaphragm pumps create a powerful suction for fast evacuation. The drained fluids can be pumped more than 100 meters to external tanks. Each pump is sound proofed and color coded for quick identification and to create a harmonious work environment.

• Catchment area

The zinc coated anti slip catchment area not only prevents slipping but also prevents  accidentally spilled flammable liquids to a possible ignition source.

• SEDA-closing plugs

A consistent drilling action ensures that each drilled hole has the same consistent diameter allowing them to be hermetically sealed with a SEDA-closing plug. This prevents even the smallest drops from contaminating your yard. 

• SEDA-testing plugs

The patented SEDA-testing plugs for radiator and break fluid pump pressurized air into the system to enable a far higher and faster removal rate than by using suction alone.

• SEDA-brake fluid pliers

Break fluid is simultaneously and quickly removed via 4 suction boots which are attached to the vehicles brake nipples. Should the nipples be corroded or broken  then fluid can be removed direct from the vehicles brake line pipes using either of the two break line pliers supplied.   

• Optional: SEDA-Quality control 

The 7 liter quality control vessel allows a visual check of the fuel quality preventing oil  or water contaminated fuel from ruining your good supply. 

• Optional: SEDA-Gear box drilling machine

Designed especially for gear boxes without drainage screws, differentials or hard to remove sump plugs. Mobile and built tough. The gear box drilling machine makes light work of thick cast iron, steel or aluminum gear boxes.
